I have tried several times to find a contact from Norton, Symantec and/or LifeLock to get this issue resolved. I do NOT need Norton 360, I have “Symantec Endpoint Protection” for life. However, the Symantec and Norton support teams could not get NortonLifeLock to transfer my copy of NortonLifeLock from my Norton 360 with NortonLifeLock, to “Symantec Endpoint Protection Version 14, Build 5323” for life. They contacted me to let me know they gave Norton their account information to pay for LifeLock monthly fee of S9 dollars. But when I we talked to them about LifeLock was part to be a part of the Symantec package for a onetime fee for life, they again went back to Norton.
The Symantec group of techs I was first contacted by then to have me pay for LifeLock for a monthly fee of $9 dollars through pen pal. After about a week of several phone calls, and Symantec tech’s remotes to my computers, along with their calls to Norton, Symantec and Norton were unable to add LifeLock to my “ Symantec Endpoint Protection” for life. The Symantec techs, that loaded the program on all five of my computers, contacted Norton to get LifeLock load to “Symantec Endpoint Protection”. Right up to the time I found out Norton LifeLock would not load with “Symantec Endpoint Protection”. I was very happy with Symantec and with the new program “Symantec Endpoint Protection”.
